Service
GoSuite provides cloud business software (POS, restaurant, retail, accounting). Service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable uptime targets.
Accounts
You are responsible for credentials and activity under your company account.
Billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually via Stripe until cancelled. Prices in CAD unless stated otherwise.
Acceptable use
No unlawful activity, fraud, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
Delivery network
Delivery features operate under a bulletin-board model — restaurants manage their own drivers. GoSuite is not a transportation provider.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Yukon Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
