GoSuite processes business data on behalf of Canadian small businesses. We comply with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

What we collect

• Account information (name, email, company details)
• Business transactions (sales, expenses, invoices, payroll exports)
• Receipt images when you use OCR (stored encrypted in Supabase)
• Usage logs for security and support

How we use data

To provide POS, accounting, and reporting features you enable. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Financial records: 7 years (CRA alignment). Webhook logs: 90 days.

Supabase (Canada/US), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email).
